“After my shoulder surgery, I began to notice that it felt harder and harder for my body to recover from both daily activities and exercise. Over the last few months Kinstretch has been my go-to for mobility work and recovery. My movements feel smoother, and my body stronger. I have a heightened body awareness and can notice a significant improvement in the way I feel after each session. Focusing on your breathe during each exercise in class allows me to be present and make each movement deliberate and purposeful.”
